Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms cover the Binder desktop app and the Build license sold for it. Binder is made and sold by Serhiy Fedurtsya, Canada ("we", "us"). By downloading Binder or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Binder is free to download and use for drafting decks and managing collections. The Build page requires a paid license. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Build license

3. Payment

Purchases are sold through Link, the merchant of record service of Stripe. Link handles payment, sales tax, VAT and receipts, and its own terms apply to the transaction; your statement shows it as LINK.COM* Binder. Prices are in US dollars, and local tax may be added at checkout. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Third-party services

Binder reads collections from HSReplay.net and card data and images from HearthstoneJSON. These services are run by others; if they change or stop working, parts of Binder may stop working too. Hearthstone is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Binder is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. Using deck codes and friendly challenges in Hearthstone is subject to Blizzard's own terms.

5. No warranty

Binder is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make deck codes that the game accepts, but we can't guarantee that every deck will import or that Hearthstone's rules won't change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Binder means you accept the changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
