Privacy Policy

Binder is built to keep your data on your computer. This page explains what the app and this website send, and to whom. The controller is Serhiy Fedurtsya, Canada (binder@dreamys.studio).

The app

• Stored locally: your collections, drafts, decks, settings and license activation are saved in Binder's data folder on your computer. We have no server and no account system, and Binder has no analytics or tracking.
• HSReplay.net: to fetch a collection, Binder sends the HSReplay account id and region you choose (or that it finds in Hearthstone Deck Tracker's files on your computer).
• HearthstoneJSON: Binder downloads card data and card images. These requests contain no personal data.
• Our license server (Build only): when you activate, check or deactivate a license, Binder sends your license key and a label like "Binder on windows" to binder.dreamys.studio. The server checks your purchase with Stripe and records each activation (a random id, the label and the date) on your payment in our Stripe account. Your computer's id is used only on your computer, to tie the saved license to it, and is never sent.

These services receive your IP address with each request, as any website does, and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, the merchant of record, which collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details under Stripe's privacy policy. We can see your order in our Stripe account (such as name, email, country and amount) so we can provide support and handle refunds. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

This website

• It's hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
• It uses no cookies, analytics or trackers.
• The download button asks GitHub's API (api.github.com) from your browser for the latest release, so GitHub sees that request.
• The Buy button and the page after checkout talk to our license server on this site, which talks to Stripe. Checkout itself runs on Stripe's site.

Your choices

You can delete Binder's data folder at any time. To ask about, correct or delete the order information we hold, email binder@dreamys.studio. We keep order records only as long as needed for support, refunds and the law.
