Refund Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Build is a $5 one-time purchase, and the free part of Binder lets you try the app before you buy. Because of that, we refund a license when Build doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it.
How it works
- Email binder@dreamys.studio with your order number, your operating system and what goes wrong (for example, the license won't activate or the Build page doesn't open).
- We'll try to fix the problem with you.
- If we can't get Build working, we refund the full price, including any tax, to your original payment method through Stripe.
After a refund the license key is disabled, and Build locks the next time Binder checks it.
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. You can also contact Link support about a transaction; Link may handle refund requests under its own policy.
What isn't covered
Changing your mind, or a deck that Hearthstone itself rejects because of changes to the game's rules, isn't by itself a reason for a refund. If a deck code doesn't import, tell us: we treat that as a bug to fix.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
